Current Viewer plays the most recent two weeks of GOES sea surface temperature maps as a smooth animation you can play, pause, scrub frame by frame, and export as video. Cloud-filtered 24-hour composites form the backbone of the animation; only the clearest hourly satellite passes are added on top, so blotchy cloud-covered frames never appear. Temperature data is never altered — the site shows the published Rutgers imagery at full resolution.
